The Oversight Project

This site is operated by the Oversight Project, which is part of the Heritage Foundation - a 501(c)(3) organization. The Oversight Project's election integrity work aims to promote fair and transparent U.S. elections. Providing multiple methods for reporting potential election fraud combined with independent investigations helps promote these aims. Tips submitted via this portal receive the benefit of:

• investigation backed up by our in-house legal expertise,
• a commitment to aggressively pursue remedies for validated tips (subject to prioritization based on propensity to impact election results), and
• a commitment to the privacy and other concerns of whistleblowers (see our FAQ page).
